Whiteplains British School was officially opened in September of 2007 with the primary aim of providing quality and affordable education that is able to compete with other educational institutions worldwide.

On the board of directors are Dr Francis Chukwuma Nwufoh and his wife, Mrs. Ada Doris Nwufoh, both whose passions for sound education drove them to establish their first school legacy Academy in 2002, and then whiteplains British School later.

Whiteplains British School is a leading and reputable institution of learning with value added and quality educational services with corporate credo effectively discharging professional educational standard which has been home away from home to over 1,000 students and counting since her gates opened. With the motto” Bonitas et Disciplina” meaning “Goodness and Discipline”,

Whiteplains British School has produced top tier students who have gone on to be beacons and living testimonies in their various tertiary institutes. She has secured awards such as;
